Take Your Seat® | Global Leadership Platform was founded by Dr. Tamara B. Smith and is powered by ADIRA Enterprise. Grounded in the SEAT Framework™, the platform advances leadership development through programs, experiences, engagement, and partnerships. It expands access to knowledge, perspectives, relationships, and professional environments that support continued growth and create opportunity.
Conversations that bring together diverse perspectives and deepen understanding of leadership across roles, experiences, and environments.
Experiences designed to strengthen leadership in practice through insights, reflections, and application.
Spaces that connect leaders and emerging professionals through engagement and shared dialogue.
Opportunities that expand access, support leadership development, and expands the platform’s impact.
We thank our leadership partners for helping expand access and support leadership development across the platform.
